BackTrack 2 Live CD
May favorite Slax Linix based bootable pen-test CD, they seem to keep it pretty up to date. Give it a try.

Helix Live CD
A Linux live CD for forensics. It also has many Windows tools included.

Ntsecurity.nu
 Arne Vidstrom's site, he's one hell of a programmer. Check out his tool box if you hack NT based systems.
