collaboration is not the same as cooperation. Cooperation is where everybody
does their part. Collaboration creates a solution that’s more than the sum
of those parts. Cooperation helps us choose a winner among competing ideas,
but collaboration creates new, better ideas.
In this workshop, you’ll
learn specific ways to enhance your teams’ ability to fully collaborate,
discover solutions only collaboration can create, and experience real
collaboration first-hand.
