Helen Patton

Executive - Session #5 - Helen Patton Recruiting Security Talent seems like a hard-to-win proposition in the Central Ohio market. Not only is there not enough talent for existing need, but it seems like all companies are actively trying to grow their organizations. This session will be a facilitated discussion on activities the Central Ohio Security Community can consider to increase the size of the hiring pool, including emerging Internship programs and other collaborative opportunities.
