Abstract: Twenty minute talk on tracking Human Trafficking using social media, and open source intelligence techniques, tracking both the traffickers and law enforcement sides of the world. This talk originally started as a college research project for an Intelligence Analysis class.

This talk covers Human Trafficking, Social Media, Open Source Intelligence, Intelligence (Link) Analysis, Operational Security, and an actual walk through of the processes.

Author Bio: Chris Jenks has been studying Human Trafficking since 2013. This talk started as a class project in Intelligence Analysis, and was continued as a capstone research project. Chris is currently leading a four student team studying campus crime statistics at Eastern Michigan University. Chris has given Linux Hardening presentations at DerbyCon, GrrCon and Bsides Detroit.
