Ridesharks - Kaleb Brown Derbycon 2018 (Hacking Illustrated Series InfoSec Tutorial Videos)

Ridesharks
Kaleb Brown
Derbycon 2018

Ridesharing and the gig economy are the future of DIY work and resource sharing. How safe is ridesharing to the passengers and drivers from a privacy standpoint? How can the systems in place be used for less than noble purposes? What can you do as a rider and driver to protect yourself from the ridesharks? Everything you never wanted to know and were afraid to ask!

Kaleb is a blue teamer and recovering systems admin/network engineer. As a USAF veteran he has over two decades of hands on keyboard experience as well as CISSP and GMON. His work has focused in the last five years on total network awareness and finding the bad before the bad burns the building down.
